Delivery times are in business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Returns — 30 days
Changed your mind or the size isn't right? Return items within 30 days of delivery (the legal 14-day withdrawal right is included in this).
- Start the return — in your account go to Orders → your order → “Request a return”, or email waewstorebussines@gmail.com with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form.
- Pack the items — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, preferably in the original packaging.
- Send them within 14 days of telling us, using the instructions in our email. The cost of returning is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong.
- Refund — within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until the parcel arrives), to the original payment method. The original standard delivery cost is refunded when you return the whole order.
Exchanges
Need another size? Return the item and place a new order — that way you get the size you want before it sells out.
Faulty or wrong item
Write to us with a photo within 2 months of noticing the problem. We cover the return cost and repair, replace or refund. Your 2-year legal guarantee always applies.
Pre-orders and gift cards
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Unused gift cards can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
